Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you have the right to return the item(s) and request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party you have designated, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products or goods made to your specifications. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please get in touch with us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
